IMPORTANT: The owner is considering the possibility of selling the property with the formula of reservation of ownership. This formula involves a notarial deed in which the property is transferred in exchange for a significant advance payment. However, the full ownership of the property is confirmed when the buyer has paid the entire price within the time allowed by the seller. At the time of payment, it will be necessary to visit the notary again for the signing of the final release deed. The costs related to notarial deeds are entirely borne by the buyer.
